We believe that tenderness takes great courage and strength; that everyone is fighting a hard battle we can’t always see or understand right away, and that we're all connected, whether we acknowledge it or not.
We believe that honouring the inherent dignity and worth of each and every person allows us to become the best versions of ourselves, and is the only true path to human flourishing on both an individual and collective level.
We believe in compassion across ideological divides, and seek to bring about social healing by re-humanising dialogue so that we can better learn from each other and figure out how to use our collective wisdom to solve hard problems.
We created this podcast first and foremost for ourselves, realising our own need to figure out a better way to have hard conversations and take transformative action; but this podcast is also for anyone who, like us, is craving a more connected, loving world.
Revolution of Tenderness is a podcast created by Léonie & Sophie Caldecott: mother and daughter, writers, and empathy-lovers. Find out more about us and this project this way, or explore the latest episodes here.
